IGN: alpert3925 Users Involved in this Contract: Dccciz General Purpose of Contract: Safe Melon Sword Payment Plan I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: Provide Dccciz with an Eff 5 Silk touch 1 unbreaking 3 diamond sword Following a 50k payment. I also agree to Set up a sign in the town of 'Jasper'. The Sign will be at the coordinates X=-11831 Y=85 Z=-1600. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Dccciz will pay a total of 750k, 50k upfront and 700k to the sign i have set up in 'Jasper'. At least 20k per day will be payed to the sign. Failure to do this will result in a 10k fine every day a payment is missed. Every time this happens i will add another Stone Brick to the sign. Failure to make the 20k payment for 2 days in a row will result in Dccciz returning the melon sword to myself with no refunds of prior payments. Failure to return the melon sword will result in breach of contract. If for any reason Dccciz cannot make the payments because the melon sword was lost/stolen/broken he will still be required to make said payments. If he cannot make the payments and cannot return the sword he will owe 800k to myself in 2 weeks. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
