The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: 1) You may not sell the Eff7 Pickaxe 2) You may not allow anyone to use it without my permission 3) You are not allowed to rent this pickaxe to other users 4) You are not allowed to break this pickaxe 5) You are not allowed to let any user below the rank of Moderator repair this tool unless I approve. 6)If the pickaxe is broke/stolen/sold, 700,000 ECD,1,500 nether stars, or a new Eff 7 pickaxe should be given to me in 2 Weeks 7) Also, if I am using it, you will have to wait until I am finished using it. Hi Kick_Me_1235, I suggest that you include a clause regarding what happens should the users not return the pickaxe through either selling/breaking/losing the pickaxe. I would recommend including a figure (or a replacement pickaxe) and a date by which it has to repaid (such as so many days after the loss of the pickaxe).
