IGN: OhMrsKittyKat Users Involved in this Contract: @haillie74 General Purpose of Contract: Safe Melon Sword Rental I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to provide haillie74 a melon sword once the contract is accepted. I will also let her use it at any time she requests to use it no questions asked. I will also put the sword in the chest whenever it is not in use. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Haillie will pay me 100k ECD after the contract is accepted. Haillie74 will return the melon sword to the designated chest in my town whenever it is not in use. The user will have 1 week from the accepting of the contract to use the melon sword freely. After the 1 week is up the user will leave the sword in the designated chest. If the melon sword is lost/broke/not returned to the chest the user will owe me 650k ECD in 2 weeks. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
