IGN: A_Magical_Dude Users Involved in this Contract: Iticip Aqqel General Purpose of Contract: Iticip will be renting my eff7 pickaxe for 3 hours. Additional hours will be purchased Via trade sign. Aqqel must agree not to steal the eff7 pickaxe while repairing it for iticip, and iticip must not lose/steal it or be faced with a fee of 600k if lost. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will provide the eff7 pickaxe upon recieving payment, aswell as provide a trade sign that will add an extra hour for 5k/per hour The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Iticip must not lose/steal/break the eff7, or be faced with a 600k fine. Aqqel must be the only person to provide repairs to the pickaxe, but aqqel must not have it in their posessiton (Excluding Repairs) without my permission. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. Hello. A_Magical_Dude -Please put a date that if Iticip breaks the pick, then he can return the money by that day. Iticip and @Aqqel- Please accept this contract again once this is edited.
Also, should iticip break and/or lose the pick, the 600k will be owed within the time section of 2 weeks
