General Purpose of Contract:
Setting up the due-date on schloty21 to pay me his debt 100k by suggestion of GameAdmin revanrose6 from final judgement of schloty21's ban appeal.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
Yes, I agree to the trem on setting up the due-date on schloty21 for him to pay me back the debt from donation feature scam. After schloty21's unbanning day Feb. 7th 2014, he will have 7 days to pay me 100k which makes due-date Feb. 14th 2014, on EST timezone. If he doesn't pay back the debt by due-date, he will face the punishment of ban for "breaching contract" reason.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
schloty21 will agree to pay me the debt(100k) that he owes me by Feb. 14th.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. More Information about why 7 days:

I have calculated the % of 100k debt that he owes me from his total debt that he owes everybody.

"100k / 1m 390k = 0.072" is about 7.2%... I calculated eff7pick as 600k to sum up all debt..

So debt that schloty21 has to pay me is 7.2% of total debt that he needs to work on.

Now considering 3 months as 90 days, "90 x 0.072 = 6.48" which is about 7 days if I round up generously.

And it means if schloty21 doesn't pace up his speed on earning money, making 100k in a week, he is eventually not doing his job well enough to clear his whole debt in long term point of view. This would be a good first test on him to measure whether he has a real strong will to become free from his debt and settle back to ECC or not.


Conclusion: Now, considering that he said I would be the first one to talk to solve the issue, this is my contract offer. After he gets unbanned at Feb. 7th, from that point, he will have 7 days to pay me 100k which makes due-date Feb. 14th, 2014 in EST standard. If he doesn't pay back the debt by due-date, he will face the punishment of ban for "breaching contract" reason.
