General Purpose of Contract:
To secure an alliance for the financial and territorial acquisition and operation of Established Lands for the KMax Nation Rising Alliance.Established Lands defined as: “Thera”, “Neriak”, “NewHalas”, “Palanthas”, “Valdare”, “Brewersridge”, “Outlands”, “Wildespring”, “Elysia”. The Leadership is defined as KMaxwell (Owner) and OnSceneReporter (Co-Administrator). Co-mayors are defined as WeirdBuilder, OhMrsKittyKat, and StoneIronZ. Abandonment is defined as a failure to notify the Owner before 30+ consecutive days of offline time have accumulated.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
1) The Owner will add the Co-Administrator and the Co-mayors into all Established Lands region permissions as owners, and adhere to the following terms.
2) Should a Co-Administrator/Co-mayor conduct him/herself in a fashion that inhibits the execution of plans or regulations established by the Leadership, with effects resulting from the technical region permission of owner (improper perm removals, etc.), the Owner (or individuals under direct consent by the Owner) may reduce the individual from the region permission of owner to member in all Established Lands. Upon the first incident of owner region permission owner abuse, the individual may be added back into the owner perms of all Established Lands once the reason for the reduction in permission is explained. Upon the second or further abuses, reinstatement to the technical region permission of owner to all Established Lands will require an appeal to the other members of the Leadership and Co-mayors, and win a majority vote of approval.
-- A) If a Co-Administrator/Co-mayor presents town issues while as a technical region permission of member, a complaint may be filed with reference to the individual’s actions in accordance with the server rules. If the individual is banned/temp banned for issues within any of the Established Lands, the individual may be removed from all Established Lands. Upon returning to the server, the individual must appeal to the other members of the Leadership and Co-mayors, and win a majority vote of approval, in order to be added back into all Established Lands as a technical region permission of member.
3) The Owner agrees that no member of the Leadership/Co-mayors be reduced or removed from technical region permissions for any reasons other than those laid out in this agreement.
4) If a Co-Administrator/Co-mayor fails to notify the Owner, either by in-game mail, forum PM, or IM on Skype, before an extended offline period of time, 30+ consecutive days, it is considered abandonment, and the Owner may remove the individual from the technical region permissions of owner and or member. If the individual returns from the first instance of abandonment, he/she is to be reinstated with the same rights and privileges afforded before the abandonment.
-- A) If a Co-Administrator/Co-mayor is banned and is unable/unwilling to appeal and return in-game, the individual may be removed by the Owner from the technical permissions of owner and member from the Established Lands.
5) Should, for any reason, KMaxwell be offline where management and responsibilities of the Owner position can not be effectively executed, the responsibilities of Owner will default to OnSceneReporter with regards to the Established Lands and this alliance until KMaxwell’s return.
6) The Owner may not sell his/her positions/rights to any other user at any time, unless consented upon by all parties in this contract and all members of the Leadership, within a reasonable period of time.
7) Upon successful acquisition and establishment of the Established Lands by KMaxwell, with regards to the Rising Spawn Auctions and the Land Grab once Rising opens, the remaining available balance of funding shall be divided and returned to participants of this agreement based upon their contributing percentages (KMaxwell: 33.09%, OnSceneReporter: 35.75%, WeirdBuilder: 11.40%, OhMrsKittyKat: 10.36%, StoneIronZ: 11.40%) to the total available balance. After primary distributions, $3,520,000 was the remaining balance. On 1/24/14 andrewkm announced that additional town establishments were temporarily capped at $400,000, reducing the required expense of establishing the three non-auction rising towns of the Established Lands to $1,200,000. The remaining balance is $2,320,000, and the returns as follows: (KMaxwell $770,615, OnSceneReporter $803,816, WeirdBuilder: $256,289, OhMrsKittyKat: $232,990, StoneIronZ: $256,289).
-- A) If a member of this agreement should wish for his/her returns to be held by the Owner for the purposes of capital investments such as application town features of the Established Lands, he/she may surrender his/her right to the returns.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
1) The Co-mayors agree to follow the plans of the Leadership with matters regarding, but not limited to, planning, construction, and management operations of the Established Lands.
2) Should a Co-Administrator/Co-mayor conduct him/herself in a fashion that inhibits the execution of plans or regulations established by the Leadership, with effects resulting from the technical region permission of owner (improper perm removals, etc.), the Owner (or individuals under direct consent by the Owner) may reduce the individual from the region permission of owner to member in all Established Lands. Upon the first incident of owner region permission owner abuse, the individual may be added back into the owner perms of all Established Lands once the reason for the reduction in permission is explained. Upon the second or further abuses, reinstatement to the technical region permission of owner to all Established Lands will require an appeal to the other members of the Leadership and Co-mayors, and win a majority vote of approval.

If the individual is banned, the individual may be removed from all Established Lands. Upon returning to the server, the individual must appeal to the other members of the Leadership and Co-mayors, and win a majority vote of approval, in order to be added back intoEstablished Lands as a technical region permission of member.
3) Neither the Co-Administrator or Co-mayors may add or remove any person from the technical region permissions of owner in the Established Lands without the direct consent of the Owner.
4) If a Co-Administrator/Co-mayor will be offline for an extended period of time, 30+ consecutive days, he/she should inform the Owner before hand, either by in-game mail, forum PM, or IM on skype. Failure by the individual to inform the Owner before 30+ consecutive days have expired will be considered abandonment, and the Owner may remove that individual from the technical region permissions of owner and or member. If the individual returns from the first instance of abandonment, he/she is to be reinstated with the same rights and privileges afforded before the abandonment.
-- A) If a Co-Administrator/Co-mayor is banned and is unable/unwilling to appeal and return in-game, the individual may be removed from the technical permissions of owner and member from the Established Lands.
5) Should for any reason, KMaxwell be offline, where management and responsibilities of the Owner position can not be effectively executed, the responsibilities of Owner will default to OnSceneReporter with regards to the Established Lands and this alliance until KMaxwell’s return.
6) A Co-Administrator/Co-mayor may not sell or transfer their membership positions/rights to any other user at any time, unless consented upon by all parties in this contract and all members of the Leadership, within a reasonable period of time.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
