IGN: KMaxwell Users Involved in this Contract: OnSceneReporter WeirdBuilder StoneIronZ OhMrsKittyKat General Purpose of Contract: To secure an alliance for the financial and territorial expansion of the Imperial KMaxwell Empire concerning established lands next to or near the Rising Spawn region. (Specifically: Thera, Neriak, NewHalas, Palanthus, Valdare, Brewersridge, Outlands, Wildespring, Elysia) I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: - OnSceneReporter is the co-administrator of all established lands and is a co-mayor. - Users WeirdBuilder and OhMrsKittyKat and StoneIronZ are co-mayors in the established lands. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: - The co-mayors listed above agree to follow the plans of the Leadership with matters regarding, but not limited to, planning, construction, and management operations of the established lands. - Should a co-mayors listed above fail to follow the plans and direction of the Leadership, or conduct himself/herself in a fashion that causes significant discord or inhibits the execution of plans or regulations established by the Leadership, the individual may be reduced from the technical permission of mayor to member. - Users shall enjoy their access rights for an undefined period of time, beginning upon town creation, and terminating only under the circumstances disclosed in this agreement. - At no time should any member of Leadership or Co-Mayorship be added or removed by anyone other than KMaxwell. Should, for any reason, KMaxwell go offline for an extended period, up to and including 6+ months where the town(s) could be claimed, default "primary ownership" reverts to OnSceneReporter (who can add/remove co-mayors) until such time as KMaxwell can or does return. - Users who are offline for a duration exceeding thirty consecutive days may be removed from the established lands, should they not alert KMaxwell of such extended offline time before hand, either by in-game mail, forum PM or IM on Skype. Failure to alert is considered abandonment. On the first abandonment offense, a user will be allowed reinstatement to his/her prior position or rank within the Empire. There is only one pardon from abandonment. - Users who are banned and do not file a ban appeal or are perma-banned will be removed from the established lands. A time frame of fourteen days/two weeks will be allowed in the case of an appeal directed to Andrewkm as those are not seen publicly. - Users who fail to follow the rules and regulations of ECC, and present hazard to the established lands, by direct deeds in or regarding the towns under purview, or by reputation of the towns under purview, may be removed from the established lands for the protection of the structures and protect other members from grief. - Users may not sell or transfer their membership positions/rights to any other user at any time, unless consented upon by all parties of this Alliance, and ratified by all members of Leadership.
