General Purpose of Contract:
Trade of 85k for the mayor town of Iticip

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
xpurexcorex agrees to provide $85,000 to Iticip as well as the application for mayor prewritten.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Iticip agrees to the following:

1. He will file the mayor application exactly as it is sent by xpurexcorex
   1. In the event he fails to do this it will be breach of contract unless fixed immediately
2. He agrees that upon getting mayor, when he logs in next he will do the following commands:
   1. /rg addowner Twitter xpurexcorex
   2. /rg removeowner Twitter Iticip
      1. Failing to do either command will result in a breach of contract
3. He agrees that he will not reclaim the town and that the town is now completely xpurexcorex’s.
   1. In the event xpurexcorex ever wants to claim this town using the Tycoon+ claim system, Iticip agrees that the town can be claimed.
4. He will not use the money provided for any purpose except the purchase of Mayor.
5. In the event any of the previous clauses are violated, Iticip agrees that he will owe xpurexcorex $100,000 in compensation.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
