Upon payment, thedeluxstone will then give all rights and ownership of the town "delaxia" to Jorgy411. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to pay 85k ECO Dollars to gain rights and ownership of delaxia from thedeluxstone.
