IGN:7amoodw Users Involved in this Contract: Sekatorr33 General Purpose of Contract: Renting a melon sword I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: These are the rules: 1) I expect the msword to be in it's chest that I will set up at the end of the 5 day rental. 2) I expect 100k before he rents the sword. 3) If msword is broken/stolen, an additional 500k should be paid to me. 4) If msword isn't returned in time (not in the chest) I expect and additional 50k. There are no excuses if I am not online since I'll be putting a chest where the user. is modified in it. User has told me he has multihome and he is expected to set a home in the chest area. 5) If user wants to return the melon sword before the 5 days end, I will not be refunding him and I would advise him to use the 5 days efficiently.
