General Purpose of Contract:​

Partial ownership of David_Torento's E7 pickaxe for 250k​

Agreement to pay David_Torento 184k additional money that Nicit6 owes.​

The payment is due by January 30th at 11:59pm EST​

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:​

• I will allow Nicit6 to use my E7 Pickaxe as a partial owner of the E7 pickaxe.
• I will not sell full ownership of the pick to anyone.
• I will set up a sign that sells 434 dirt for 1k each in his "Vault"

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:​

• If the E7 Pickaxe is lost, stolen, broken, and/or not returned, Nicit6 must agree to repay me a sum of $750,000 ECD total within 3 weeks after his ban appeal for breach of contract.(Not including the original 434k)
• The user must also add me as Co-owner of his towns until he pays off the $434,000 and must also re-add me if he breaks the pickaxe until he pays off the pickaxe.
• The user must put the Pickaxe back in the chest upon logging out each time he uses it.
• If i wish to have full ownership of the E7 pickaxe, i must "buyout" Nicit6's partial ownership for 325k.
• Nicit6 can not sell any partial ownership to the pickaxe.
• The user must pay 434k by January 30th, 2014 (11:59 EST)

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: Yes​
