IGN: bARely_TrYx_HI Users Involved in this Contract: coolyoung11 General Purpose of Contract: Safe melon sword rental I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will let coolyoung11 borrow my melon sword for one week and provide him free erepairs for the time being if i am available. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: coolyoung11 will pay me 130k during or at the end of the rental period which ends on December 28, 2013 11:30 Hawaii Time Standard. If the money is not paid at the time that the melon sword is returned he will owe me and additional 2k for every day that it is late for a maximum of 1 week. At this time a complaint will be filled. If the melon sword is lost stolen broken or not returned he will pay me an additional 500k to replace it. In the event that this does happen he will have 2 weeks to pay back any/all money he owes me. If the money is not paid by 2 weeks he will owe me and additional 2k for every day that it is late for a maximum of 1 week. At this time a complaint will be filled. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
