IGN: Original_Jackson Users Involved in this Contract: @exilenela General Purpose of Contract: Selling of a Melon Sword on a payment plan I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will place my melon sword "Originals Delightful Msword" (eff5, unbr3, silk 1 Diamond Sword) in a chest that only me and him have perms to open. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: He will pay an upfront payment of 410k, followed by payments totaling 480k ecd, meaning after the 410k payment, he has 1 week starting this day (Dec 7th) to pay 70k ecd. -If he loses the sword, I am not responsible, he still owes the total amount -If he does not pay the total amount on the due date, I am able to reclaim the sword under my full ownership, and not owe him any money, I can choose this if I want, and it is my choice, refusing to return the sword will be a breach of contract. -If he does not have the amount he can choose to extend the time my paying 20k/day late (ex. he owes 40k on the due date, he can pay 60k then next day) -Not completing the upheld terms is a breach of contract and he will be banned, to be unbanned he will have to either: A. Return the melon sword to me B. Pay an extra 20k/day late, as listed above. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum.
