General Purpose of Contract:
Purchasing of mayor in exchange for town transfer.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
To pay user yellowasain_rw 35,000 ECD.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
User must purchase the rank "Mayor" in the Residents+ Section of forums directly after StoneIronZ pays 35,000 ECD. User will directly copy and paste the format I have created for the application:

• Additional information about your town: Its in the ocean.
• Certain Staff handle applications once every 1-7 days. (Meaning once a week) Asking constantly about your application does not speed up the process. We very well can see there are outstanding applications and handle them every few days. As well after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. All users must be aware they will be fined for an improper application. Take extra care when applying for various server features. Do you understand this?: Yes

After users application is approved, user will do the command:​

StoneIronZ then has the right to use the command:​

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
