IGN: emongolab Users Involved in this Contract: Lee1104 General Purpose of Contract: Safe Efficiency 7 Pickaxe Rental. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will give Lee1104 my Efficiency 7 Unb3 SilkTouch1 Pickaxe to use for 1 hour and he will pay me 6k. After the 1 hour is up, he will give the Eff7 Unb3 Silktouch1 pickaxe back. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: 1. Lee will NOT break the pickaxe. 2. Lee will NOT loose the pickaxe. 3. Each transfer of the pickaxe for e-repairs MUST be through a chest. 4. The transfer of the pickaxe from myself to him and him to myself MUST be through a chest. 5. Lee must ONLY get e-repairs from MYSELF, or any other staff members online and from himself if he has repairs. 6. Lee will not sell the pickaxe. 7. Lee will pay me 6k ECD. If any of these 7 rules are broken, or my Efficiency 7, Silk touch 1, Unbreaking 3 Pickaxe is not returned in 5 hours of when this contract is approved, Lee will have 1 and 1/2 weeks to pay 700k ecd or a new Eff7, Silk1, Unb3 Pickaxe to me. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
