General Purpose of Contract:
Selling 1 melon sword (eff5, unbr3, silk1)

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will place my melon sword "Melon Masher" in a chest once I receive the first payment of 150000 ecd

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Jbuks will pay original_Jackson as soon as this contract is approved and we are both online together
He will take my Melon Sword from my chest
He will pay payment/payments equaling 450000 ecd (This does NOT include the 150k in the first payment, the total by the 15th is 600k) by Dec. 15th
If he does not make the full payment by the above date, 3 weeks and 1 day from this time, he will have two options: 1. He will return the melon sword to me and receive 75000 ecd 2. He will have 1 week to pay 75000 ecd AND what he didn't pay (Denying either of these will be a rbeach of contract and result in a ban, to be unbanned he must agree to either of them)
He will not be resolved from his debt, in any way until full payment is made or the sword is returned.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
