IGN: Twistedjonny Users Involved in this Contract: Izz9 General Purpose of Contract: Rental of Twistedjonny's Efficiency 7 Pickaxe I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will rent Izz9 my efficiency 7 pickaxe for 1 day (until November 16th, 2013) in exchange for $30,000 ECD. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Izz9 must return the efficiency 7 pickaxe to the designated shared chest we have made before 5:00pm EST on Saturday, November 16th, 2013. If the efficiency 7 pick is lost, stolen, broken, and/or not returned, Izz9 must agree to repay me a combined sum of $525,000 ECD total within 3 weeks after his ban appeal for breach of contract. Izz9 must pay me $16,000 ECD to a trade sign prior to taking the efficiency 7 pick and pay the remaining $14,000 ECD to a trade sign by 23 November, 2013 for a total of $30,000 ECD. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
