General Purpose of Contract:​

Construction of RiverRun's 200x100x10 melon farm.​

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:​

To pay 300,000 ECD for the construction of a 200x100x10 melon farm located in riverrun, my original town. Must be completed by the 21st of November.​

If the builder jbuks completes the project in 2 weeks [14 days] from this date, he will receive an additional 20,000 ECD. ​

All materials will be paid for if accurately recorded.​

If the farm is not built by the required date of construction, jbuks will only be reimbursed for materials paid for, and not paid for the construction of the farm.​

Upfront 10,000 ECD will be paid for materials.​

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:​

To complete the 200x100x10 melon farm in riverrun, by the date of november 21st.​

To record all materials purchased for reimbursement.​

If constructed 14 days from this date, 320,000 ECD will be paid upon completion.​

If constructed by the end-build date, only the initial build of 300,000 ECD will be paid.​

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:​
