General Purpose of Contract:
The sale of the town of ajville

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
Alukolli will pay ajcowlover $120,000 in return for full ownership of the town.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

ajcowlover agrees to the following:​

1. He gives up full rights to the town.
2. He will do the command of /rg addowner ajville Alukolli after the payment has been received.

• 1. Alukolli has the right to do /rg removeowner ajville ajcowlover

1. He will remove all/any of his locks/items in the town after the sale of the town. He will have 3 days to do this.
2. ajcowlover agrees to do the following if the town needs a feature added:
   1. ajcowlover will not remove the current owner, Alukolli.
   2. ajcowlover will file the application with any and all specifications provided by Alukolli, provided that the money is given to him by Alukolli.
   3. During this time ajcowlover will not lock anything, remove any members, remove any owners, or file an LWCs.
3. He will not attempt to reclaim the town

• • In the event this clause is broken he will owe $180,000 to the town owner.
    • In the event he suceeds in reclaiming the town the following apply:
      1. He may not remove/add any owners of the town
      2. He may not remove/add any members of the town
      3. He may not remove/add any locks in the town

1. The town is being sold with all buildings included. Therefore, ajcowlover will not try to claim any building materials. This contract shows agreement that all building materials now belong to Alukolli.
2. Alukolli has the right to do with the town as he sees fit without intervention from ajcowlover unless server rules have been broken.
3. All of the previous terms and conditions apply regardless of if a new owner/co-owner is added or if the town is sold.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
