IGN: Nathan2118 Users Involved in this Contract: <@Mr_Heatmiser> General Purpose of Contract: Nathan2118 will help Mr_Heatmiser Get funds until he gets Mayor in exchange for his Mayer Town I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: Mr_Heatmiser, do you agree to give me your town if I give you funds adding up to 80k to get your mayor and if you fail to give me your town after your funds you will pay me a 40k. you will not use any of the 80k to buy anything else but Mayor. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: If I Nathan2118 pay you funds leading up to Mayor you will give me your Town and allow me to remove you making me the only mayor of the town and the town Name will be called stonycoast and I will forum pm you the co ords, also you must understand that it will take time for me to pay you the 80k. You will also be rewarded a mansion from me in that town. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I am going to deny this contract because it is missing two very important things. The exact amount of money you will be providing to Mr_Heatmiser and the exact date it will be provided to him. If you need time then I would suggest you make weekly dates to give a certain amount of money until paid in full. That is just a suggestion though. You don't have to go that route. What I would like you to do though is make a new contract and be much more specific so that both of you don't end up with a dead end deal. Locked
