If I do not pay, I accept that I will be banned, if the kit is not purchased, 00abadir will need to repay 137500 ecd and a 7000 late fee per day. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will pay 00abadir 137500 when we are both on. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: he will buy the kit as soon as the contract is approved. If the kit is not bought, 00abadir is to pay back the full amount and a 7000 ecd late fee per day. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
