General Purpose of Contract:
The exchange of money for mayor in return for a town, Ravnica.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

I, cainam, will provide USAFC524 with $85,000 that is only to be used for Mayor. I will also place the town posts, provide the cords, and the town name, Ravnica. I will also ensure that all zoning laws are met, accept any fines that are placed for messing that up and that any issues that arise from that will be handled. ​

After USAFC524 has been removed as owner cainam will pay an additional 30K to USAFC524.​

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

USAFC524 will file the application and use the $85,000 I provide only for Mayor. Further, USAFC524 will give up all rights to the town created from his Mayorship. USAFC524 will not attempt to retrieve the town. The second USAFC524 application is approved he is to do the following command:

/rg addowner Ravnica cainam

As soon as cainam gets on, and verifies permissions to the area, USAFC524 will remove himself as owner with the following command:​

/rg removeowner Ravnica USAFC524​

Finally, in the event cainam wishes to add any town features, including but not limited to a portal, pvp arena, etc, then USAFC524 will temporarily regain ownership and file the application. cainam, in this case, will provide the money for the application. ​

Post D: 10663, 67, -8160


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
