After she has gotten mayor and her town she will add me as owner and transfer me the town. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: If the contract is breached, weblernumber2 will pay me $85,000 within 2 weeks.
