General Purpose of Contract:
Melon Sword Rental

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to provide a sword with the following enchantments to Mrshame: Silk Touch 1, Efficiency 5, Unbreaking 3. The transfer will be made through a chest located in the town of Kingsfarming. I will provide the sword to him when it is not otherwise in use, for as long as both parties agree to be bound by this contract. If I need the sword returned for any reason I will give at least 30 minutes of notice. Cainam cannot terminate this contract until three months after the date of approval, unless Mrshame loses the sword during that time.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Mrshame will pay a one time fee of 100,000 ECD. He will be able to return the sword to cainam through a chest located in the town of Kingsfarming. If the original sword can not be returned for any reason Mrshame will provide 1500 nstars, and 10k to replace the sword, or a sword with the same enchantments and 2k. There will also be a charge of 2k per day until the replacement. He will have two weeks from the date of the loss to provide the nstars and money.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
