I understand that but in your terms you have not stated that that is what you will be paying them, technically the only thing you have agreed to here is to wait for the donations to be processed.

I would suggest changing this section to saying "I agree to pay $60 K for a $10 giftcard, and I will wait "a reasonable amount of time here" for the donation to be processed. Then have kconahan re agree to the terms. ~WiKIDOne~
I will agree again if needed. however the donation has been made and in the next day this contract will be void I don't scam. but what ever is needed I will do
