IGN:Harryhaz1 Users Involved in this Contract: Harryhaz1 dgam02 General Purpose of Contract: safe transfer of town ownership I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: i agree that i will exchange ownership of the town forrestville and pumpkinville for 99k immediately and 34k over the next week, should dgam be unable to pay 34k within the allocated time, 5k will be added to the ammount due for per week, untill a cap of 5 weeks, if this cap is reached the ownership of forrestville and pumpkinville will default back to me The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: dgam agrees that he will pay the ammount required in the allocaetd time aswell as the terms and conditions stated above, dgam also agrees that all locks and buildings belonging to the user nickla3107 are to be left untouched, and i will move them to a safer location I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
