General Purpose of Contract:
This contract permits the user Eddy3948 to know the loaction of and use the Skeleton Spawner located in the mining world owned by EvAlNo.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, EvAlNo, agree that the user Eddy3948 will be permitted to know the location of and use the Skeleton Spawner located in the mining world that I own for up to two hours each day for a price of $300. I agree that, during this time, I will not in any way interfere with the use of the spawner.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
By signing, you, Eddy3948, agree that you will pay the daily fee of $300 if you are to continue using the Skeleton Spawner. Moreover, you agree that you will not in any way compromise the security of said spawner. You agree that you will not under any circumstances break the spawner, reveal the coordinates, or allow the spawner to be broken while you are using it, under pain of ban. You also agree that you will not search this contract for loopholes and/or exploit them.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
