General Purpose of Contract:
This contract is established to ensure the proper transaction is made in regards to the purchase of a donation feature in exchange for compensation within EcoCityCraft.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
1. LoneWolfOperator has agreed to provide user evilring with the purchase of a donation feature called stealth in the price of thirty United States Dollars.
2.hese 72 hours mean 72 hours passed in real time and the renting party (LoneWolfOperator) does not need to be online or using the melon sword for this time to pass but rather this time will conclude once LoneWolfOperator has had the Melon Sword within his possession for 72 hours. When the 72 hour rental period has been completed the renting party (LoneWolfOperator) Must return the Melon Sword to its owner, evilring. If said Melon Sword is accidentally broken by the renting party, the renting party (LoneWolfOperator) must provide financial compensation to evilring in the amount of 350,000 EcoDollars by 3 months time from breaking the Melon Sword or else directly breach this contract. The exact terms or way that this 350,000 EcoDollars is to be obtained; be it farming, mining, selling donations, etc are all viable and allowed so long as the user evilring obtains the 350,000 EcoDollar compensation from LoneWolfOperator. If said Melon Sword is stolen during the transfer from evilring to LoneWolfOperator or from LoneWolfOperator to evilring by a third party outside of this contract it is not the responsibility of the receiving party (LoneWolfOperator) and action must not be taken against said party. If said Melon Sword is lost or stolen by any other means be it a malfunction of the server or a hack so as to allow people to access chests illegally or any other means, it is not the responsibility of the renting party (LoneWolfOperator), and evilring nor the server may take action against said renting party regardless of how or why the sword was lost or stolen, this excludes breakage by the renting party which is outlined above.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
1. In exchange for said donation feature evilring will provide compensation that will be sent from evilring to LoneWolfOperator in the amount of 100,000 EcoDollars and the use of said party's melon sword for a total of 72 hours starting at the time the melon sword is received by LoneWolfOperator. The 72 hour melon sword rental may not be interrupted or cut short by any means and is a consecutive 72 hours. These 72 hours mean 72 hours passed in real time and the renting party (LoneWolfOperator) does not need to be online or using the melon sword for this time to pass but rather this time will conclude once LoneWolfOperator has had the Melon Sword within his possession for 72 hours. When the 72 hour rental period has been completed the renting party (LoneWolfOperator) Must return the Melon Sword to its owner, evilring. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
