General Purpose of Contract:
This is to document our arrangement.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I OmniCrafter agree to the following terms.


1. I will provide $85,000 in game money to Deondre33 for the purpose of becoming a Mayor.
2. I will provide the location coordinates and name for the new town:

  • Have you checked our Zoning Laws and are we waiting for a neighbouring mayor response?: Yes. OmniCrafter is a neighbor. He has approved and is receiving the town for his nation.
  • Chewychunga is a neighbor. He has approved OmniCrafter to add additional towns. This is the third town of OmniCrafter next to ChewyChunga.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Deondre33 agrees that
1. OmniCrafter will be given immediate ownership of the town which is granted for Deondre33's Mayor application.

2. Also, the said town will be placed at the location provided, marked, named and determined by OmniCrafter.

3. Deondre33 will at completion of this deal owe nothing more than the land to Omnicrafter.

4. Deondre33 understands that he must follow the rules for his Mayor application. Any failure to do so, and fees for incorrect application, shall be Deondre33's responsibility to pay...


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
