General Purpose of Contract:
Buying towns from residents.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I shall provide the funds necessary for the mayor application (85k each) to the three people who agree to this contract, as well as provide them the application filled out that they must post in the Applications (Residents+) forum. Should there be errors in the application that causes a denial and a fine, I will be held responsible to pay for those fines.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
The 3 other users will be bound to create the mayor application in the Applications (Residents+) forum after I have provided them the funds to do so and have given them the filled out application to post. They are expected to keep the funds given to them for the town until the application is approved and the town is created; should they be fined for insufficient funds, it will be up to them to cover the fine and obtain the funds to re-apply for the town.
After the town’s creation, the user who owns the town will add only myself (kukelekuuk00) as a mayor of the town, and allow me to remove them as owner, relinquishing all ownership of the town to myself.
Failure to follow through with any of these terms will result in immediate investigation for breach of contract.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
