I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to pay thomasku11 $25,000 ECD to be spent however he sees fit, as many basic random supplies for building that he requests within playable reason, any of my donation features to help building/repairing, give thomasku11 full control over building design/layout/placement and to help advertise and sell high value properties when I am able to, not to the detriment of my own towns and responsibilities to other players. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: thomasku11 agrees to give me co-mayor position in town of Vertias, and I will receive 25% of all sales of properties/shop plots in town. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
