General Purpose of Contract:
Safe sale of a Melon Sword on payment plan

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @RazorRimz, will transfer a Melon Sword with the ID #JPMKQVRZ to @FuryFudge within 24 hours of the approval of this contract after having received the downpayment of 400k ECD.

I, @RazorRimz, will transfer ownership via /own command to @FuryFudge upon being paid the FULL $1,700,000 (including the upfront payment).

I, @RazorRimz, agree to give @FuryFudge 3 additional days after each payment is due, in which there will be late fees of 20k/day, before I file a complaint. If @FuryFudge has not made the weekly payment + 60k in late fees within 4 days of the due date, a complaint may be filed.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@FuryFudge will relieve @RazorRimz of a 100k loan (125k payback) which was agreed upon on Jan. 16, 2019.

@FuryFudge must make a downpayment of 400k ECD upon approval of this contract.

@FuryFudge must make 200k ECD payments every week for 6 weeks, as well as a payment of 100k ECD on the 7th week. These payments must be transferred over the forums, if not by @FuryFudge, then by a moderator. A rough outline of these payments:

Upfront payment - Upon approval of this contract - 400k ECD
Week 1 payment - Jan. 27, 2019 - 200k ECD
Week 2 payment - Feb. 3, 2019 - 200k ECD
Week 3 payment - Feb. 10, 2019 - 200k ECD
Week 4 payment - Feb. 17, 2019 - 200k ECD
Week 5 payment - Feb. 24, 2019 - 200k ECD
Week 6 payment - Mar. 3, 2019 - 200k ECD
Week 7 payment - Mar. 10, 2019 - 100k ECD

These payments total to $1,700,000 ECD.

If @FuryFudge is unable to pay off the debt in the timeframe given, @FuryFudge must return the Melon Sword with the ID #JPMKQVRZ without any refunds.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
