General Purpose of Contract:
Selling Eff7 pickaxe ID# JQG662CG


I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

@GoMonkeyMad agrees to pay a total of 1,700,000 ECD Over a 7 week period


@GoMonkeyMad agrees to pay on or before these dates:

Down Payment - Jan 4th 2019 - 100k
First week of payment - Jan 11th 2019 - 250k
Second week of payment - Jan 18th 2019 -225k
Third week of payment - Jan 25th 2019 - 225k
Fourth week of payment - Feb 1st 2019 - 225k
Fifth week of payment - Feb 8th 2019 - 225k
Sixth week of payment - Feb 15th 2019 - 225k
Seventh week of payment - Feb 22nd 2019 - 225k

(Payments are due every Friday)

1. If a payment is not made by 11:59PM EST on the due date, it will be considered "late". A late fee of 25k will be added to the following weeks payment, making the total for the following week 250k.

2. If a payment is more than two (2) days late (not paid by that Sunday 11:59pm EST), @GoMonkeyMad has breached the contract and alpert3925 will have the right to reclaim the eff 7 pickaxe with no refund of previous payments.

3. If payments are found to be late for two (2) consecutive weeks without notice and/or consent from myself to accept late payments, @GoMonkeyMad has breached the contract and alpert3925 will have the right to reclaim the eff 7 pickaxe with no refund of previous payments.

4. If a total of four (4) payments are found to be late, @GoMonkeyMad has breached the contract and alpert3925 will have the right to reclaim the eff 7 pickaxe with no refund of previous payments.

5. In the event of unforeseeable circumstances and/or the inability to complete the terms of the contract, @GoMonkeyMad has the right to renegotiate the terms of this contract to avoid forfeiting the eff 7 pickaxe. alpert3925 has the exclusive right to accept or reject any new terms.

6. The contract is complete and @GoMonkeyMad will receive ownership of the pickaxe once all payments have been made.

7. In the event that the pickaxe is lost, stolen, broken, or otherwise not reclaimable by alpert3925 upon a breach of contract, @GoMonkeyMad will owe alpert3925 1.7mil ECD.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
