Hello, before this contract can get approved something needs to be fixed: Please put a timeframe within @Babylonian_ need to remove himself from the town (like 24 hrs from adding @drewbo to the town as owner or something) After this is done @Babylonian_ will have to re-agree to the contract.

I'm very sorry guys but after further discussion with the staff team we dicided that this clause needs to be removed. Once @Drewbo_ changes this @Babylonian_ will have to re-agree as previusly done.
