IGN: @Phantomine Users Involved in this Contract: @twistedjonny General Purpose of Contract: Sale of a star pick (Efficiency 7/ Unbreaking 3/ Silk Touch) over 24 hours. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: - I agree to give @twistedjonny my star pick (ID #IHWH0IXG -- Named "memes") via a chest located at 183/ 61/ 6916 in legacy within 1 hour of the approval of this contract. - I will add @twistedjonny to the /own of the tool upon receiving the full payment of $1,000,000 ECD plus late fees. Thus giving him FULL ownership of the tool and allowing myself to be removed. This will occur within 48 hours of the full payment being received. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @twistedjonny must: - Pay me $900,000 upfront within 1 hour of this contract being accepted. - Pay me a further $100,000 to the sign located at 183/ 61/ 6916 in legacy by 20:00 GMT tomorrow (7th June 2016). This sign can be accessed by going to /warp coal and then turning immediately right. - Agree to not sell, rent or give the pickaxe to anyone until all $1,000,000 plus late fees is paid off and the ownership of the tool belongs to @twistedjonny. -Agree that if the full payment of $1,000,000 is not paid by 20:00 GMT tomorrow (7th June 2016) then there will be a further $49,999 late fee added on-top of the outstanding debt per day for a total of 7 days (until the 14th June 2016 @ 20:00 GMT). After this period, if all outstanding debt plus late fees has not been paid, @Phantomine reserves the right to reclaim the tool by messaging the server admin team - in this scenario all outstanding debt would be cleared and no refund would be given. - Agree that if the tool is lost, broken, butchered, or otherwise un-obtainable then the debt must still be paid off. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
