General Purpose of Contract:
Sale of a melon sword (Efficiency 5 + Silk Touch + Unbreaking 3) over 12 weeks.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
- I agree to give @Nicit6 my melon sword (ID #ICW6W0T9 -- Named "memes") via a chest located at 164/ 61/ 6925 in legacy within 24 hours of approval of this contract.

- I will add @Nicit6 to the /own of the tool upon receiving the full payment of $1,200,000 ECD plus late fees. Thus giving him FULL ownership of the tool and allowing myself to be removed. This will occur within 48 hours of the full payment being received.


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Nicit6 must:

- Pay me $100,000 ECD weekly, for 12 weeks. The first payment starting on the 8th of June 2016, with the last payment expected on the 24th of August 2016. This is a total of 12 weekly payments of $100,000 (Total $1,200,000)

- Pay the above mentioned payments to the 12 signs marked 1 to 12 located at coordinates: 164/ 61/ 6921 in legacy – accessed by doing /warp coal and turning left.

- Agree to not sell, rent or give the pickaxe to anyone until all $1,200,000 is paid off and the ownership of the tool belongs to @Nicit6.

- Agree that late fees must be paid for that week if the payment is late by 1 day. (Example 29th of November instead of 28th of November). Late fees are $15,000 for each week.

- Agree that if, after 12 weeks, the full $1,200,000 (plus late fees) has not been paid then @Phantomine has the right to reclaim the tool without any refund of payments, although any left-over debt will be totally voided in this situation.

- Agree that if the tool is lost, broken, butchered, or otherwise un-obtainable then the debt must still be paid off weekly.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
