General Purpose of Contract:
To add @Whammerist5 as an 'owner' of the towns of Sagittaron (https://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/town-application-6.84404/) and Valos (https://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/town-mayor-application.85504/#post-419830) in Rising.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
1. I will add @Whammerist5 as an 'owner' of both Sagittaron and Valos.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
1. By me adding @Whammerist5 to the towns, he in no way owns the towns and should be treated as such.
2. @Whammerist5 will never remove @outerlocal or @Joliver as owners from either of the towns.
3. @Whammerist5 will not add any other 'owners' to Sagittaron or Valos.
4. @Whammerist5 will not destroy or construct anything within the town without prior consent from @outerlocal or @Joliver . If he does so, the proper action will be taken through a grief report.
5. @Whammerist5 understands that @Joliver and @outerlocal have the right to remove him from Sagittaron and Valos at any time.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
