General Purpose of Contract:
To ensure the safe sale of a Star sword (BOA5, SMT5, KB2,,LOOT4,UNB3,SHP5,FA2) with the item I.D #IM9KVMK4 on a payment plan.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @miniCLH will be paying @ctop_1013 a total of $400,000 within a timeframe of 4 weeks, each weekly payment will be a total of $100,000 and will be made on or before the following dates:
09/04/16 - $100,000
16/04/16 - $100,000
23/04/16 - $100,000
30/04/16 - $100,000

I @miniCLH will be paying @ctop_1013 via four trade signs located at /warp tops in rising, more specifically at /tppos -6990 113 4239, each trade sign sells 1 cookedbeef for a total of $10,000 with a total of 10 cooked beef inside each of the four signs.

I @miniCLH also agree to pay an extra $5,000 which will be added onto the overall amount for every weekly payment that is missed, I will have a 24 hour timeframe to add the late payment into the sign otherwise a complaint will be filed by @ctop_1013 . These payments will be made in the signs that sell 1 cookedbeef for $5,000 above the main payment signs, these are located in /warp tops in rising, more specifically /tppos -6990 113 4239.

I @miniCLH agree to place the star sword in the chest located at /warp tops in rising, more specifically at /tppos -6990 113 4238 once the full total has been paid, this will give @ctop_1013 a total of 48 hours to give me full ownership of the sword.

I @miniCLH agree to notify @ctop_1013 if the tool gets broken or lost throughout the duration of the payment plan.

I @miniCLH agree to continue to making payments for the tool if it does get broken or lost.

I @miniCLH agree to notify @ctop_1013 when a weekly payment has been made and when the star sword has been placed in the transfer chest at the end of the plan ready to be owned over to me. This will be done by sending them an in game mail and a forum pm.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@ctop_1013 agrees to give me @miniCLH the star sword (BOA5, SMT5, KB2,,LOOT4,UNB3,SHP5,FA2) with the item I.D #IM9KVMK4 via the transfer chest located in /warp tops in rising or more specifically /tppos -6990 113 4239 within 24 hours of this contract being approved.

@ctop_1013 agrees to not remove any payments from the signs until that week is paid in full.

@ctop_1013 agrees that they will give me @miniCLH ownership of the star sword (BOA5, SMT5, KB2,,LOOT4,UNB3,SHP5,FA2) with the item I.D #IM9KVMK4 within 48 hours of the total amount being paid off and the tool being placed in the chest.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
Yes
