GN: @Starleana Users Involved in this Contract: @RisingCreeper @Starleana General Purpose of Contract: @RisingCreeper will pay @Starleana 115K (115'000) for ownership of Jokertown (which is located in legacy) and Jokertown Warp. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to use the 75K (75'000) to apply for a warp to Jokertown within 48 hours of payment. I agree to make @RisingCreeper as the town owner within 48 hours after the warp has been created for Jokertown. Within 48 hours of warp approval, I will make @RisingCreeper the town owner. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @RisingCreeper has 1 month (from 2016-03-18 to 2016-04-18) [Central Standard Time] to pay @Starleana for the warp and town. 40K (40'000) for the town. 75K (75'000) for the warp. @RisingCreeper will also allow @samihh to remain a member of Jokertown, allowing him access to the upper farm, as well as a house/personal plot. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. @Starleana - In all instances in which you mention a user's name, please tag them. - Please give a timeframe in which you will perform each of your terms, eg 'I agree to add @RisingCreeper as a town owner within 24 hours of contract approval' - Please state the world the town is located in - The term 'RisingCreeper will also allow @samihh to keep access to the upper farm, as well as a house/personal plot.' isn't very specific, I can tell what you mean by 'keep access' but really it's open to interpretation. I'd recommend changing it to something like '@samihh will remain added to the town as an owner/member (Choose one) so they can continue use of the uppar farm, as well as their house/personal plot.' And lastly for the sake of just doing it, please state the timezone for the payback, EG you could say '@RisingCreeper has 1 month (from 2016-03-18 to 2016-04-18) to pay @Starleana for the warp and town (EST).'
