General Purpose of Contract:
Outline and enforce the process of extending a build

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

The following terms will be upheld for the entirety of March 2016
I, @3point14mp, agree to pay $166,667 ECD within 24 hours upon the completion of the building service as outlined below as long as it is completed before March 14th, 2016.
I, @3point14mp, agree to provide all the necessary dirt for this build.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Silentshot90 and @_Smokin agree to replicate the pattern of the build (ONLY the dirt, NOT including glowstone, rails or any potential leaves/log within etc) located in the region with corners X: 13621 Y: 128 Z: -1523 to X: 13857 Y: 160 Z: -1472 (legacy) to the south direction at the same Y level directly adjacent to the region, effectively doubling the size of the floor. Their workspace shall hence be in the region with corners X: 13621 Y: 128 Z: -1473 to X: 13857 Y: 160 Z: -1424 (legacy)

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
