General Purpose of Contract:
- To give @DOMOX12345 $20,000 in exchange for his president town
- To give @DrowningInPizza permission to apply for a Town Transfer when needed.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @DrowningInPizza will:
- Pay @DOMOX12345 $20,000ECD within 10 minutes of this contracts approval
- Will send @DOMOX12345 the desired name for the town, as well as coordinates within 10 minutes of this contracts approval.
- Will provide money for town features if the Town Transfer has not occurred yet and will give @DOMOX12345 the money to apply.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@DOMOX12345 agrees to:
- Add @DrowningInPizza as an owner to their president's town within 24 hours of the applications approval
- Remove themselves as Owner/Mayor immediately after adding @DrowningInPizza as owner.
- Will complete president application within 6 hours of this contracts approval.
- Will complete the application with the correct name and co-ordinates @DrowningInPizza sent for the town.
- Will apply for any Town Features @DrowningInPizza requires, who will provide the funds
- Allow a Town Ownership Transfer when @DrowningInPizza requests one.
- Will not sell, reclaim or do anything to the town, even if @DrowningInPizza goes inactive.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
