Please give a time-frame of when you have to pay off this money. Also, as 3rd parties aren't allowed in contracts, please state that you will be paying this money to averagejoe. Please state the world that this chest is in both parts of the contract. @averagejoe2012 you will need to re-sign once these changes have been made.
