@miniCLH will be paying @kevinwelch2001 $85,000 ecd for mayor in exchange for his town.

• The GameAdmins handle applications at least once a week. Do not constantly ask staff to do your application. We can see there are outstanding applications and handle them when we are able to. As well, after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. All users must be aware they will be fined for an improper application. Take extra care when applying for various server features. By agreeing to this you are agreeing to abide by and accept the possible consequences of everything listed in this section: Yes

@kevinwelch2001 Agrees to never re-claim the town and will add me back if ever I am removed wrongfully
@kevinwelch2001 Agrees to apply for town features
@kevinwelch2001 Agrees to apply for the features within 24 hours of receiving the funds for that feature from @miniCLH
@kevinwelch2001 Agrees to approve any towns I wish to put next to Riverwood1
@kevinwelch2001 Agrees to allow @miniCLH to have a town transfer if ever needed

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
