IGN: @Slayer_Boy_2000 Users Involved in this Contract: @MadMonster_ @DCxCyBeR @Slayer_Boy_2000 General Purpose of Contract: Safe town sale of the town (bananapalace) Application located here:http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/new-owner-dcxcyber-bananapalace.84888/#post-416314 I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: - I @Slayer_Boy_2000 must agree to add @DCxCyBeR as co-mayorsof the town once I receive full ownership of the town. - I @Slayer_Boy_2000 will post the LWC's for the town bananapalace but will also allow @DCxCyBeR to post lwcs. - I @Slayer_Boy_2000 agree to pay 195k to @MadMonster_ via a trade sign located at Rising: X: 9, 218 Y: 68 Z:14, 606 by the 16th of September 2015. - I @Slayer_Boy_2000 will not remove @MadMonster_ from the town until the 195k is paid. - I @Slayer_Boy_2000 will not remove @DCxCyBeR from the town. Ever. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: - I @MadMonster_ will give the user @Slayer_Boy_2000 full ownership of the town bananapalace - I @MadMonster_ will not try to claim the town back for any reason what so ever. - I @MadMonster_ will add @Slayer_Boy_2000 to the town of bananapalace as owner within 24 hours of the contract being approved. - @DCxCyBeR will not modify permissions of another owner (eg the cant remove an owner of the town) - I @MadMonster_ instead of paying @DCxCyBeR the debt owed to him of 170k will be subtracted from the overall buyout price of 365,000 ecd leaving me @Slayer_Boy_2000 needing to pay @MadMonster_195,000 ecd and having the 170k debt voided. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such: Yes
