I will add @wearecity as an owner to the town within 5 hours of contract approval. I will set up a trade sign in my town of secundocasui2, so that @wearecity can deposit the sum of 61k in 2 weeks(The total of the sale is 65k throughout the course of 2 weeks) Its in legacy and cords are in the screenshot The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @wearecity will pay 4,000 eco dollars within 5 hours of contract acceptance. @wearecity will not remove dpatt888 from the town as an owner until the whole sum of 65k has been paid. @wearecity will deposit 61k in the town of secundocasui2 into a trade sign. after 2 weeks from contract approval there will be a 5k per day late fee up until 7 days. after 7 days has passed a complaint will be filed. Hello. Before I accept your contract, you will have to fix some things. First of all, instead of saying upfront, you will have to specify when you will be paying/receiving the money. For example, "@wearecity will pay 4,000 eco dollars within 5 hours of contract approval". Also, please specify when you want @wearecity to finish his payments to the sign in his part of the agreement. Also, you need to limit the late fees to a certain amount. For example, "There will be a 5k per day late fee, up to 7 days. After 7 days are up, a complaint will be filed." Please also specify when you will add @wearecity to the town, for example, within 5 hours of contract approval or something. Also, please be sure to tag every single name you write. Just put a @ sign in front of every username you mention. And finally, just say when you are going to receive the 4k upfront, once again, something like within 5 hours of contract approval should suffice.
