General Purpose of Contract:
To safely trade a melon sword for a star rod and 250,000 ECD

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @BackToThePast, will agree to give @partyman909 my melon sword (Efficiency 5, Silk touch 1, Unbreaking 3) , /owned by myself (#IAYSAZLP) in exchange for 250,000 ECD upon the approval of this contact (July 30th, 2015) at the chest located at (/tppos -12166 63 13696 90.838 48.9 legacy).

After this trade, @partyman909 will agree to give @BackToThePast a star rod (lure 8, luck of the sea 5, unbreaking 3, [ID #IBR1OZ7U]) on August 3rd, 2015 or earlier (any time through out the day), upon receiving the star rod in the chest located at (/tppos -12166 63 13696 90.838 48.9 legacy), @partyman909 will make sure that the rod is pending @BackToThePast's /own.

Upon receiving the rod and using /own, @BackToThePast will receive the melon sword from @partyman909 and use the command "/own partyman909" and then returning it immediately to @partyman909 using the chest located above.

If @partyman909 fails to give @BackToThePast the star rod on August 3, 2015 or earlier, he will have until August 15, 2015 to give the rod (awaiting @BackToThePast's /own) to @7amoodw at the chest located above. If @partyman909 fails to give @7amoodw or @BackToThePast the rod before August 15, 2015 (any time throughout the day), it will be considered a breach of contact.

If @7amoodw receives the rod from @partyman909, it will remain in the chest located above until @BackToThePast receives it and /owns the star rod. Upon @BackToThePast receiving the star rod, @BackToThePast will follow through the contract as highlighted above in red.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@partyman909 agrees to the following;

• Give @BackToThePast 250,000 ECD in exchange for the melon sword upon the approval of the contact (July 30, 2015) (/owned by @BackToThePast) at the chest located at (/tppos -12166 63 13696 90.838 48.9 legacy)
• Give @BackToThePast the star rod (lure 8, luck of the sea 5, unbreaking 3) before August 15, 2015 (any time throughout the days)
• Give @BackToThePast the melon sword upon receiving the star rod to use the command "/own partyman909"

Failure to complete any of the following above, it will be considered a breach of contract.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
