IGN: @MinecraftParkerH Users Involved in this Contract: @huntmeister97 General Purpose of Contract: To have another co owner in the town I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to give co-ownership of the town of efficientfarms to @huntmeister97 within 24 hours of the contracs approval The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @huntmeister97 will agree to take care of the 200 20 15 melon farm section of the town efficientfarms. This means if there is to be a grief he will repair the area with in 7 days of the grief. @huntmeister97 also must not be inactive for 7 days+ without notifying @MinecraftParkerH first and can't be offline for over 1 month of notifying @MinecraftParkerH . @huntmeister97 may never remove @MinecraftParkerH or any other co owners no matter what or @huntmeister97 will breached the contract and lose co ownership. When @huntmeister97 sells farm perms at 5k @huntmeister97 will be required to give half of the money (2.5k) @huntmeister97 sold the perm for. If @huntmeister97 doesn't do this again @huntmeister97 will have breached the contract and lose co ownership. Also at no time should @huntmeister97 add co owners to the town or again he will lose co ownership and have breached the contract. @huntmeister97 also may not sell perms for less than 5k or will lose co ownership I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. Hi guys! Before I can approve this contract a few things need to be adjusted: @MinecraftParkerH, can you please replace all instances of I, he, me, ect. with the username of the person it refers to? This will clear up any confusion that might happen in the future. Also, instead of saying 'banned immediately', could you instead say that there was 'a breach of contract'. Please list the amount of money perms to the farm are sold for, so that we (the moderaters and @huntmeister97) can know what 'half' is. This amount cannot remain ambiguous; it has to be defined If you intend him to pay the money to a sign, please post the coordinates of the signs location. The time that @huntmeister97 receives co-owner perms must also be described, in terms of 'within 24 hours of contract approval' or something similar. @huntmeister97 after @MinecraftParkerH has made these changes you will have to re-agree to the contract.
