I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will let @OtterInAOnsie rent my EFF7 pickaxe for 2 hours starting today after receiving 13K. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @OtterInAOnsie will pay 13K within 30 minutes of contract approval. And after receiving the EFF7 pickaxe rent it and keep it in his possession only for (a maximum of) 2 hours after contract approval.
