General Purpose of Contract:
I, @appleprocucling will rent my EFF 7 star tool pickaxe to @sockiezrocz for 24 hours.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will let @sockiezrocz rent my EFF7 pickaxe for 24 hours starting today after receiving 25K.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@sockiezrocz will pay 25K within 30 minutes of contract approval. And after receiving the EFF7 pickaxe rent it and keep it in his possession only for (a maximum of) 24 hours after contract approval.

He, @sockiezrocz will deliver the EFF7 before 24 hours have past since contract approval in a chest located right by the Applepvpgate. Portal entrance located at:

Chest at: x-7903 y68 z-2350 Legacy

By accepting the contract he confirms that he knows where this is.

*Note*
If he fail at holding one or more of these terms, I @appleprocucling can chose to get a payout of 1300K ECD within 5 weeks of me informing about it, instead of getting an Eff7 back.
