IGN: @partyman909 Users Involved in this Contract: @boston81 General Purpose of Contract: safe rental of a star rod (#ibr1oz7u) for 1 week I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @partyman909 agree to rent my star rod to @boston81 for one week (7/19/15 - 7/26/15) for 50k. I @partyman909 will be giving @boston81 the star rod 3 hours within this contract approval. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @boston81 agrees to pay me $50,000 ecodollars to rent my star rod for a week, and @boston81 will pay @partyman909 the 50k once he has received the star rod. If @boston81 does happen to break it/lose it/get it stolen @boston81 will pay 100k a week for a total of 900k to @partyman909 so that @partyman909 can get a new star rod and the 150k fine for the trouble. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. @partyman909 you need time constraints on multiple things. For ex. please state when you are going to be giving @boston81 the star rod. I.e. "within 4 hours of contract approval". You will also need to do the same with when @boston81 is to pay you the rent, and when he should give you the money/star tool back if he breaks it or is banned (once again, for ex. within 3 months of being unbanned). We prefer to see paybacks of 150k/week at most. Furthermore, the 1 million plus a new tool is a bit excessive. So is the 500k+a new tool, could you tone that down a bit? For breaking it, I think that a new starrod would be fair, and maybe a bit more money as compensation. Anyhow, that is up to you. After you make these changes, @boston81 will have to reagree.
